If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy will guide you through the process.
You may request a return or replacement if:
You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged or tampered during delivery.
The product is expired or not fit for consumption upon delivery.
👉 Please note: Due to the nature of our products (medicines and food items), we cannot accept returns once the package is opened or used, unless the item was delivered damaged/expired.
All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order ID, details, and photos of the product.
Opened or partially used medicines.
Opened dry fruit packs.
Products purchased under discounts/offers (unless damaged or defective).
Customized or special order items.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (where available) or request you to courier the product back.
After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue the refund through bank transfer or store credit.
In case of wrong, damaged, or expired products, we will arrange a free replacement (subject to availability).
If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
