1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders received after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

We ship orders through trusted courier and logistics partners across India.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days for major cities and 7–10 business days for remote locations.

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified value [insert order value].

For orders below the minimum amount, a nominal shipping fee will be charged, visible at checkout.

International shipping is currently not available.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details.

You can track your order status directly through the courier partner’s website.

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging to maintain quality and safety during transit.

For fragile or perishable items (like dry fruits), we use extra protective packaging to avoid damage.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If your order is delayed, our support team will notify you via email/phone.

In case the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement/refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
